We're a family business, and we understand that life doesn't always go as planned. No stress—we're here to help and we'll always do our best to work with you.

About Your $50 Deposit

Your deposit secures your date and is applied toward your total rental cost. This deposit is non-refundable for standard cancellations. That said, we're real people running a small business—if something unexpected comes up, just reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Weather Cancellations

Safety always comes first. If weather makes it unsafe to use the equipment, you have two options:

  • Full refund including your $50 deposit
  • Reschedule to another available date at no extra cost

If you think weather might be a problem, let us know as early as possible—weekends fill up fast, and the earlier you reach out, the more reschedule options we'll have.

Safety Requirements

Your safety is our priority. The following rules must be followed at all times while the rental is in use:

Adult supervision (18+) required at all times. A responsible adult must be present and actively supervising while the inflatable is in use. This is not optional.

No flips, wrestling, tackling, climbing on walls, or rough play. Participants should bounce in the center of the unit, away from walls and openings.

No shoes, sharp objects, glasses, jewelry, food, gum, or liquids inside the inflatable. Keep face painting and substances that may stain away from the equipment.

Observe capacity limits. Do not exceed the posted maximum number of participants. Separate children by size and age when possible.

No use during unsafe weather. Stop use during high winds (15+ mph), lightning, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures.

Exit immediately if the inflatable begins to deflate. Keep all participants away until it is fully reinflated and checked.

Site & Setup Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring the setup location meets these requirements:

Flat, level surface: Setup area must be level and clear of debris, holes, sprinkler heads, and sharp objects. Grass is preferred; concrete and asphalt are acceptable.

Power access: A standard 110/120V outdoor electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location is required. The outlet should be on a dedicated circuit.

Clear access: Please ensure we have clear access to the setup area. Gates should be unlocked, and the path should be free of obstacles.

Space requirements: Allow at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides of the inflatable. Verify you have adequate space before booking.

Pets and obstacles: Ensure the setup area is free of pets during delivery and pickup. Remove any items that could interfere with setup.

Permissions: Secure any required permissions (HOA approval, venue authorization, landlord consent, park permits) before your event.

If site conditions are unsafe or prevent proper setup, we may refuse setup or cancel service. Fees may still apply.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that use of inflatables and party equipment involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Risks include falls, collisions, entanglement, improper landings, participant misconduct, weather changes, equipment movement, and conditions at the event site.

YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS for yourself and for all participants and attendees under your control.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you RELEASE AND AGREE NOT TO SUE Pop and Drop Party Rentals and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates for any claims arising out of or related to the rental, delivery, setup, use, or pickup of the Equipment, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.

This release applies to claims for bodily injury, death, property damage, and any other loss.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pop and Drop Party Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of:

  • Use or misuse of the Equipment
  • Violation of this Agreement or safety rules
  • Acts or omissions of participants, attendees, or third parties at the event site
  • Site conditions or hazards not caused by Pop and Drop

Waiver for Minor Participants

Florida Statute §744.301(3)

If any participant is under 18 years of age, the following statutory notice applies and must be acknowledged by the minor child's natural guardian:

READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF POP AND DROP PARTY RENTALS USES REASONABLE CARE IN PROVIDING THIS ACTIVITY, THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED.

BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR CHILD'S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM POP AND DROP PARTY RENTALS IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SIGN THIS FORM, AND POP AND DROP PARTY RENTALS HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM.

Rental Terms & Payment

By completing a booking with Pop and Drop Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms:

Agreement to Terms

By accessing popndroprentals.com, placing an order, or using our equipment, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The person completing checkout is responsible for ensuring all participants comply with safety rules.

Payment Terms

Your $50 deposit secures your rental date and is applied toward your total rental cost.

Balance due on delivery. The remaining balance is due when we arrive to set up.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle.

Equipment Care & Damage

You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Please treat it with care.

Damage charges may apply for tears, punctures, stains, burns, or damage caused by misuse, pets, or failure to follow safety rules.

Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the equipment is returned excessively dirty (mud, paint, pet waste, etc.).

Rental Duration

Standard rentals are for one day of use. Equipment is typically delivered in the morning and picked up the same evening or next morning. Sunday events: Since we don't deliver or pick up on Sundays, Sunday rentals are delivered Saturday and picked up Monday—your bounce house will be ready and waiting!

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Hours

Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM. We'll confirm a specific delivery window before your event.

Pickup Hours

Monday through Saturday, typically between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM same day, or by 9:00 AM the following morning.

No Sunday Service

We do not deliver or pick up on Sundays. Sunday rentals are delivered Saturday and picked up Monday.

Service Area

We proudly serve Ocala, Marion County, and surrounding areas. Delivery is included in your rental price for most locations.

Delivery and pickup windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, site conditions, and route logistics.

Electronic Acceptance

By checking the terms checkbox during checkout, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understand this entire Agreement
  • You voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions
  • You acknowledge the inherent risks involved
  • If any participants are minors, you are the natural guardian and have read the Florida statutory notice
  • Your electronic acceptance constitutes your legal signature
